Safe & Prompt Shipping

We feature FedEx shipping for safe and secure delivery. Framed photographs are completely assembled and shipped with protective corners and padding.

Ordering Information/Terms

Orders are shipped each day and over 95% of framed artwork orders are shipped within 72 hours. Large and complicated complicated orders typically take 4 to 7 business days to process. Customers in the United States (including territories and FPOs) and Canada can pay by major credit card. Current Shipping Rates

Typically, our shipping is calculated as a percentage of your total order. Shipping charges include quality bubble wrap and extra strong boxes to insure a safe delivery of your artwork. Shipping charges also include ground delivery via FedEx.

International Ordering

Customers outside the US and Canada may pay by cashier's check or Money Order. We also offer a paper catalog for check and mail ordering convenience. If you have questions regarding shipping costs and delivery times, please email or call us.

Returns and Refunds

All photographs and framed artwork must be returned within thirty days, in the original packaging and in undamaged condition. If the return is a result of our error, we will pay for the cost of return shipping. We cannot accept returns of stock photography CD's or screensavers. If you received a defective item, we will gladly replace that particular item. A packing list is included with each shipment outlining the above terms.
